Dr. Conroy provides comprehensive assessment and treatment services to individuals with Learning Disabilities, Concussion, Traumatic Brain Injury, Memory Dysfunction,  and other Neurologic Diseases and Disorders

Dr. Conroy provides web-based video and in-office consultations for sport-performance challenges.

Psychotherapy Services are available for parenting challenges, anxiety, chronic pain, and post-trauma difficulties.

Forensic Services are also provided.

 

Joseph E. Conroy, PhD, ABN, ABPdN

Dr. Conroy is a psychologist licensed to practice in the States of South Carolina and New Jersey. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and earned diplomates from the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology and the American Board of Pediatric Neuropsychology.

As part of the independent practice of Lowcountry Neuropsychology Dr. Conroy is a consultant to public school districts, independent schools, colleges and universities, and a wide range of agencies and organizations. Dr. Conroy has been involved in varied capacities since 1980 in the evaluation and treatment of individuals with cognitive, developmental, and behavioral challenges. 

Dr. Conroy provides neuropsychological and clinical psychology services at Lowcountry Neuropsychology. Special interests include developmental and neuropsychological diagnostics and treatment, sports concussion management, developmental and learning disabilities, sport psychology and chronic illness issues.

Dr. Conroy is an experienced clinician in the area of sports concussion and return to play issues. Dr. Conroy has served in consulting roles with the NY Football Giants and the Philadelphia Phillies. He recently completed a 10 year tenure as Consulting Neuropsychologist for the Department of Sports Medicine at Monmouth University.
